Saturday night my mom called and said she needed help catching some puppies dumped by her house that were near the highway. Don't get me started on that subject! Jerks. I send hubby to help since he could get there more quickly and wouldn't you know it, he fell in love. A friend is taking the other pup home on Christmas Eve for his kiddos. She looks like a German Shepard mix. A bit timid at first, she is romping around the house getting into a little bit of mischief today.

Isn't she sweet? Now I just have to get her to the vet and all that.

Awwww....what a cutie! Some people are so horrible...but then there are wonderful people like you and your family. :)
What´s up with puppies these days?
We went to have dinner with friends and they just got a beautiful cocker spaniel for their daugther. I am not a dog person, but I felt in love with Kika (their dog).

Some people really suck. I don't know how anyone could dump an animal, much less a defenseless puppy.

Oh what fun! (oh yeah on the other subject THAT IS TERRIBLE!!!) All of our "kiddos" are rescued- the cats from the KS humane society and Regan from an unwanted litter (thank GOD they didn't just throw Regan's litter out-we would have never had her! We drove 2 hrs from Wichita to get her -friend of a friend told us about this unwanted/unplanned litter)
